Nine Dot Solutions can undertake full engineering design projects, including machine, mechanical, bulk material handling and structural designs, from concept generation through to generating manufacturing data packs, and final on-site commissioning. The normal design process includes:

• Design Calculations according to Codes and Standards applicable to the design type and locale
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of the Proposed Design
• If necessary, confirm satisfactory flow with DEM Analysis
• Solid 3D CAD Modelling of the Design
• General Arrangement Drawings generation
• Manufacturing Data Pack
• On-site commissioning of the design
